Some of my friends especially the female ones are very diet conscious.

They are very particular about eating habits and hardly eat any desserts due to fear of increasing their body weight.

Today’s recipe, I dedicate to all my diet-conscious friends so that they do not miss the sweetest part of life i.e. desserts.

Banana Muffin recipe

Ingredients

Oat flour- 1 cup

Banana- 1 full

Whey protein powder- 5 scoops

Almonds (chopped)-  1½ cup

Egg whites (of 5 eggs)

Cinnamon powder- 2 tsp

Sugar substitute- 1 cup

Baking powder- 1 tsp

Water- ¼ cup

Method

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix them together before adding the egg whites, water and mashed banana.
  2. Pour the mixture into the muffin mould and bake for 8-10 minutes at 200-degree centigrade.

It serves 6-7 people.

This dessert is suitable for the gym goers who crave for having desserts but don’t do so for the fear of losing their toned body posture.
