1 cup curd (thick)
3/4 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup Amul fresh cream
Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl and whisk well.
Take 4 oven safe bowls and pour equal quantities of mixture into it.
Take an aluminium tray and fill it with a cup of water. Place the moulds on the tray at equal intervals.
Pre-heated the oven at 200ºc and bake it for 10 minutes.
Cool properly and refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled.
