Healthy Banana and almond smoothie

Banana Almond and Smoothie recipe


100 grams whole almonds (blanched)

½ litre milk

1 ½ ripe bananas

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon for dusting


1. Place the almonds in a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Add milk, banana and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon.

Serve chilled !!
